By creating an account, purchasing the Business Blueprint, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What CEO in Boots Provides

CEO in Boots provides educational business guidance, organizational tools, checklists, resources, and information for contractors and business owners.

Business Blueprint topics include business formation, licensing research, financial operations, taxes, insurance, hiring, subcontractors, customer processes, safety, and operations.

CEO in Boots is not a government agency, licensing authority, law firm, accounting firm, insurance agency, engineering firm, safety consultant, or professional regulatory authority.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and your account.
  • Information you provide should be accurate.
  • You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

3. Business Blueprint Purchase

  • The Business Blueprint is a $99.99 one-time purchase.
  • It is not recurring and there is no automatic renewal.
  • Access is tied to your account and is subject to these Terms.
  • A future AI operations product (Boots HQ) is separate, with separate pricing and terms, and there is no automatic enrollment or charge.

4. Educational Information — Not Professional Advice

The Services are provided for general educational and organizational purposes.

Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, engineering, employment, HR, licensing, regulatory, or safety advice.

You should consult the appropriate authorities and qualified professionals for your situation.

5. Licensing and Regulatory Information

CEO in Boots provides links, explanations, checklists, and guidance related to licensing and regulatory topics.

Requirements vary by state, county, municipality, trade, scope of work, project, business structure, and other factors, and they can change.

CEO in Boots does not issue licenses and does not determine whether you are legally authorized to perform work.

You are responsible for confirming current requirements with the issuing authority before performing regulated work.

6. Blueprint Completion and Ready to Roll Review

Completing or checking a step records educational and organizational progress only.

It is not a determination by CEO in Boots that any legal, licensing, tax, insurance, employment, safety, or regulatory requirement has been satisfied.

Ready to Roll is a program-completion and organizational tool. It is not a compliance audit, legal review, licensing determination, inspection, or authorization to perform regulated work.

7. Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion recognizes completion of the CEO in Boots program only.

It is not a professional certification, contractor license, trade credential, government approval, proof of competency, proof of insurance, proof of compliance, or authorization to perform regulated work.

8. No Guarantee of Business Results

CEO in Boots does not guarantee that you will obtain a license, operate a compliant business, obtain insurance, generate revenue, gain customers, earn a profit, obtain financing, pass inspections, or avoid penalties, or that you will achieve any other particular result.

9. Third-Party and Government Resources

Links to third-party and government resources are provided for convenience and education.

CEO in Boots does not control third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, policies, content, or services. A link is not necessarily an endorsement.

10. Intellectual Property

There is no guarantee that every feature or external resource will always be available. Material errors may be corrected without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

CEO in Boots does not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to your situation.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SM Enterprise LLC and CEO in Boots are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, licensing consequences, regulatory penalties, or decisions made using educational information.

15. Suspension or Termination

CEO in Boots may restrict or terminate use that is fraudulent, unlawful, circumvents payment, compromises security, or materially violates these Terms.

Termination for misuse does not transfer ownership of any materials.

16. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Services and legal requirements change.
